Mission Viejo Heating and Air truly go by with their promise of quality over speed. Our A/C has not been able to hold cold for quite some time already and despite multiple attempts to get it fixed by various HVAC service providers through our home warranty, the issue remains. When we called Mission Viejo Heating and Air to do analysis and repair, they sent Brent over to do root cause analysis. Brent diligently went through the process of isolating the condenser from the evaporator then, from the line. The next day, Brent came in with Martin to continue performing different types of tests and eventually narrowed down to a potential issue of the airflow line. Given the complexity and the time exerted (2 full days of root cause analysis!) in identifying the issue, we agreed to continue to find out and confirm the real issue in the next few weeks. We are very grateful to have found Mission Viejo Heating & Air, who took the time to do what is right. They did not come in doing guesswork; they came in with a plan and with a passion for customer service. At the end of the day, Brent's and Martin's comments were "We want to make sure you get the cold air that you need and that you enjoy it long term." How many companies out there still offer that level of customer service? At the least you know that Mission Viejo Heating & Air does.
