Brent was super knowledgeable, quick, kept me informed on what was needed to get the AC running again. Did not feel pressured to do anything above the minimum to get it going. Had recommended what could be done if our unit does eventually stops working. Will definitely call Mission Air next time.

Excellent Company. I use them regularly. I am always pleased with the service and the techs.. We are signed up for annual maintenance. They confirm the appointment time and which tech is coming and let me know when they were on their way. The technicians arrives promptly and performed the maintenance needed, tested everything and it was great. We use this company for our annual and semi-annual maintenance needs.

It was easy to make an appointment for the service call. The service tech, Brent, arrived on time and was well prepared to achieve all objectives of the service call. He is considerate and answered all questions that I asked. Clean-up at the end of the service call was complete and the billing was exactly what was expected.
