Quick, personable and good service.

Our AC crapped out during the recent heatwave on Saturday night... I called mid day Sunday and booked an appt for Tuesday. Brent came out early as an appt had cancelled. He was courteous and helpful and had it running in no time. Bad bulging capacitor- you could see it. Now I know where to look LOL!

But he was early, professional and had the AC working great in no time. Price was reasonable, especially during a heatwave where they could try to gouge you.

I’m new to town. I was hoping to find a good HVAC company to service my A/C unit that was not working. Mission Viejo Heating and Air came to take a look at the unit. They told me that there was nothing wrong with my A/C unit. they turned it on and it worked well! I couldn’t believe it. They could’ve made up something and changed me more money. But they didn’t. They were honest and I greatly appreciated it! I highly recommend this company to anyone who has A/C and heating issues!

Super professional and honest. John was so nice and explained everything in detail that was easy for me to understand. He also fixed our unit instead of telling us we need a full replacement like the previous technician from a different company.
