I cannot recommend Mission Viejo Heating and Air highly enough. From diagnosis to installation of an entirely new system, nothing but professionalism, on time delivery, fair pricing (5 competitive bids) and perhaps most important of all, the loan of a portable AC unit during the July 2023 heatwave until our installation could be completed. Thanks to Iman, Brad and Brent and the entire installation crew for making a difficult and expensive venture as smooth and easy as possible. Update: System stopped working in extreme heat. Mission came out within hours and installed additional device to protect from heat at no charge. Still 5 stars!

Was very lucky to get a same day appointment to look at my A/C that stopped working during this heatwave. Martin came ahead of schedule (confirming with me that it was ok) and wasted no time looking at and testing the unit. He was able to replace the needed part and the A/C is once again working. Was able to book a service appointment within 24 hours on the hottest week of the year when the AC went out. These guys were professional, courteous, and quickly diagnosed and fixed the problem for a very reasonable diagnostic fee in less than 30 minutes. Was able to get a quick appointment with other firms only offering appointments 10days out. Sent msg requesting service Sun night and had an email next morning by 8am, with an offer of setting up an appointment the following morning. I received a confirmation email and text from the technician including his name and picture which to me showed a high level of professionalism and concern from those who might be uncomfortable with a stranger in their home. Technician texted that he was on his way and again when he arrive (well before the scheduled time, which after many years of waiting for hours for "cable guys" to show up was refreshing. Technician introduced himself and quickly went to work diagnosing my system, was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions. He checked that all parts of the AC system were in good condition and ran the tests to make sure the electrical, mechanical and pressure of the system was correct and even made some recommendations on changes that we could make to make the system more efficient. Only after all work was done did he mention the cost and this was the same as I was promised for the visit. Over all a very positive experience, I had some hesitation at first as I had not heard of MVHA before and had first tried one of the big firms that advertises on the radio (10 day wait for service), but I'm calling MVHA first from now on A++++.

Because of the great experience we had with MV Heating and Air two years ago we had them install another HVAC unit at a different location. Iman called 45 mins before arriving and then called upon arriving. He was able to figure out the issue very quickly which was the capacitor. I think the charge to replace the capacitor was reasonable at $318. He was very kind and answered all the questions I had. He was done within 30 minutes. This was after another HVAC company came and added refrigerant and said that was the problem. It wasn’t because the AC stopped working the next morning.

I will have a new HVAC to replace the old system. Leo and Ali arrives in time. They are friendly and patient. They cover my floor and keep everywhere clean. Good job. I will recommend Mission Veijo Heating and Air to all who need service.

Even though they were not able to fix our A/C and it will need to be replaced, he was thorough and efficient in his diagnosis. It’s a 23 year old unit and he was very helpful.

Technician, Martin Garcia, was very thorough. He took the time to check all possible issues causing the problem. After exhausting all possible causes, he recommended a replacement of a part.
