Very professional and ontime. I recommemd Mission Viejo Heating & Air to everybody for peace of mind and professional work.

Technician offered to come a day earlier than my scheduled appointment. Problem with hard start component was quickly identified and replaced. Air conditioner now works great and is a welcome relief to have a cool house in the hottest part of summer.

We had a new HVAC system installed by another contractor that was having random/intermittent failures. The original contractor returned multiple times, but was unable to figure out the problem. As a last resort, we hired MVH&AC to perform an inspection. John quickly found the multiple problems and thoroughly documented them in a report for us so that our problem could be resolved. I cannot overstate how grateful we are for his expertise, professionalism, and grace in the process!

I needed to replace my old a/c unit and it was August so I did not want to wait. Mission Viejo Heating and Air was available the very next day. They explained all my options and gave me a fair price. Brent and Leo came out on time and did an excellent job. Their attention to detail was comforting. I now have cold air again and I am very happy with Mission Viejo Heating and Air.

Martin from MV Heating & Air went above and beyond to fix our AC. Our AC broke on a Monday when we happened to already have maintenance scheduled with the company. Martin came out multiple times to diagnose the issue and was extremely determined to help us get to the bottom of it, even though we could tell his schedule was jam-packed.

He ultimately came out at 9 p.m. on a Friday, after finishing with all of his other customers, just to fit us in and resolve the final issue. Given the heat wave and our two furry pets at home, we cannot thank him enough for going the extra mile for us.

They confirm the appointment time and which tech is coming and let me know when they were on their way. First, the customer service representative was able to move our appointment up by a full day, which was a great start. Our service technician, John, gave us a courtesy call before arriving and somehow managed to show up even earlier than the scheduled appointment time, a rare and pleasant surprise these days!

John got right to work and quickly diagnosed the problem: a blown blower motor. It seemed like he knew what was wrong before the furnace even had a chance to finish complaining. Despite having other appointments scheduled, he rearranged his day to help take care of our immediate need, which we really appreciated.

He quickly headed out to pick up a replacement blower motor and was back before I could get too comfortable thinking I might have to spend the day without air. The removal and installation were completed efficiently and professionally, and our system was back up and running in no time.

Mission Viejo Heating and Air installed both of my AC units about 1.5–2 years ago, so when I recently had an issue with the evaporator coil drain pan and a clogged primary drain line triggering the float safety switch, I called John right away. John came out with Martin, and these guys were absolutely amazing. They quickly diagnosed the problem, took care of everything, and made the whole process stress-free. Professional, knowledgeable, friendly, and just genuinely good people. It’s rare these days to find a company that stands behind their work and treats customers this well even years after installation, but Mission Viejo Heating and Air absolutely does. If you need a new AC unit, HVAC system, or service on your existing setup, I highly recommend these guys. Excellent service from start to finish.

I have been using Mission Viejo Heating and Air for several years now and I very happy with them. I called them to check my a/c unit since I know it was low on refrigerant. Other contractor quoted $20k+ for new system, as our system is 20 years old. We have impeccably maintained it, so we felt it really wasn't ready for a complete replacement. My gut was screaming at me, so I called MV Heating & Air for a 2nd opinion because they had exceptional reviews on Yelp. Daniel quickly found the capacitor for the compressor fan was toast. He replaced it and the unit works great again. He did a full check of everything and we checked out good. We hope to get maybe another 3-5 years out of it, and then we'll replace it. Guess who will be getting that call? 😁

Update: 4-1-26 Once again Daniel and Mission Viejo Heating Air made me realize why I will keep going back to them for my heating and air conditioning needs. This company is by far the BEST around that I have dealt with; and I have dealt with quite a few in the last 30 years. Update: 9-13-23 If you go anywhere else you are making a HUGE mistake. MV Heating and Air is the most professional, trustworthy, and customer firendly Air Conditioning and Heating company you will find. Iman has come out twice in the last couple of weeks, once to fix a capacitor and once for what I thought was a leaking AC condensor line. He identified the problem as a clog in my sink and told me what I needed to do to fix the problem. No BS, just straight up friendly, fair, and honest. Thank you MV Heating and Air! UPDATE 5-26-22: This company is AWESOME!! My daughter’s bridal shower is Saturday with about 30-40 people at our house. Wouldn’t you know it an old AC line set started leaking so no Freon, no cooling. They came out yesterday to diagnose and went way beyond the call of duty to get the repair done today so it wouldn’t affect the shower. Brad and his team are simply the BEST AC guys around. I’ve referred them to friends and received nothing but extremely positive feedback. Don’t hire anyone else until you’ve at least given MV Air a shot to earn your business. Brad came out and gave me a quote to replace my AC. He was extremely knowledgeable, pleasant, and trustworthy. After receiving the quote, and considering the other 2 quotes I had received, I decided on MV Heating & Air. Not only were their prices fair, they had outstanding reviews. What impressed me most was if a review was less than 5 stars (which was not very many) they made a point to rectify the issue and the reviewer ultimately ended up giving them 5 stars. Martin and his crew came out to install the unit. They showed up on time, were polite, respectful of my property, covered everything with protective cloths, and completed the job efficiently and within the time they estimated. Martin even checked my other AC which they were not working on because I was concerned there was some noise on start up. He reassured me it was fine, tightened a few screws, and it purred like new. These guys are pros. I would highly recommend them. Shop around and get a few quotes but I have no doubt you will select Mission Viejo Heating & Air for the job. Mission Viejo Heating and Air truly go by with their promise of quality over speed. Our A/C has not been able to hold cold for quite some time already and despite multiple attempts to get it fixed by various HVAC service providers through our home warranty, the issue remains. When we called Mission Viejo Heating and Air to do analysis and repair, they sent Brent over to do root cause analysis. Brent diligently went through the process of isolating the condenser from the evaporator then, from the line. The next day, Brent came in with Martin to continue performing different types of tests and eventually narrowed down to a potential issue of the airflow line. Given the complexity and the time exerted (2 full days of root cause analysis!) in identifying the issue, we agreed to continue to find out and confirm the real issue in the next few weeks. We are very grateful to have found Mission Viejo Heating & Air, who took the time to do what is right. They did not come in doing guesswork; they came in with a plan and with a passion for customer service. At the end of the day, Brent's and Martin's comments were "We want to make sure you get the cold air that you need and that you enjoy it long term." How many companies out there still offer that level of customer service? At the least you know that Mission Viejo Heating & Air does.

I have the one of the annual plans for MVHA where they check your heating and air every year plus 10% off any service calls. Great service! Very responsive. They always send a confirmation of your appointment as well as a text letting me know when they’re on the way. Very helpful if you have a busy day planned. I have referred them a couple of people and will definitely continue to use them for HVAC maintenance.

Excellent Response and Service!!!

We used them this past Spring for a new AC and their service and fees were fantastic. When our furnace stopped working we called them and they were responsive and got it fixed for us. Brent was friendly and efficient. We are very happy that our neighbor initially recommended them to us.

Mission Viejo Heating and Air just completed my annual fall maintenance check on my furnace. They gave it a very thorough going over, and I feel confident my furnace is ready for winter. They also measured the carbon monoxide level and told me what it was, which is reassuring to know that the furnace is not producing a harmful gas. It was easy to get an appointment and they arrived right on time. Both technicians were very friendly, competent, clean, neat, and respectful of my home. They even kindly moved a couple of boxes down in my garage from a high shelf for me! I highly recommend them and will continue to use this company.

They were punctual and efficient. Three workers showed up at 8.30am and they were done installing both the furnace and ac by 12.30pm. Hired these folks to remove and reinstall my AC while I renovated my deck. They were $200 cheaper than one of the bigger AC companies I called, extremely friendly on the phone, communicative, and a pleasure to work with. They warned that my AC could fail upon reinstallment, given its age, but they got it up and running again. John even showed me how to change the AC filter and helped me choose replacement filters. Just lovely people - will definitely call them for AC/heating issues in the future.

I had a 20 year old furnace and ac that was replaced. I chose Mission Viejo Heating and Air vs a plumbing company because of their 5 star reviews. They did an excellent job. They were punctual and efficient. Three workers showed up at 8.30am and they were done installing both the furnace and ac by 12.30pm. They spent the next half hour making sure everything was working well. The clean up was great. My a/c quit working this weekend so I called Mission Viejo Heating and Air. They took my call on a Sunday and scheduled a tech on Monday. He was right on time and texted when he was on the way. They confirmed the appointment time and let me know when they were on their way. The technician arrived promptly and performed the install needed, tested everything and it was great. He also showed the worn out part that was replaced. We use this company for our annual and semi-annual maintenance needs.

Amazing customer service! They arrived on time as expected and finished the job in no time. They also saved me $300-$400 compared to other competitors! Apparently my capacitor was damaged and said that I needed a replacement (according to the other company that came for a diagnostic), but when Mission Viejo came for a diagnostic, he said it was working just fine!
