my appointment which I loved! John Polli, showed up promptly at schedule time and was extremely knowledgeable, friendly and efficient. He diagnosed the problems (broken capacitor) and fixed our AC system. Best of all was his honesty- I was worried that we would need to spend several thousand dollars replacing our old system. Love this company!

We had another excellent experience, our unit stopped on a Sunday afternoon, and after a phone call we had Martin the technician in our house in a few hours. He did a great job of diagnosing the issue, fixing it and getting everything running smoothly. The extra mile of coming out on a Sunday was most appreciated.
