John came by and gave me the lowdown. He was very professional, explained everything from equipment available to needs for my specific situation. A week later, Brent and Leo showed up to install the new system. They were friendly, efficient, and walked me through all the new equipment and how it all worked. Mission Viejo Heating and Air installed both of my AC units about 1.5–2 years ago, so when I recently had an issue with the evaporator coil drain pan and a clogged primary drain line triggering the float safety switch, I called John right away. John came out with Martin, and these guys were absolutely amazing. They quickly diagnosed the problem, took care of everything, and made the whole process stress-free. Professional, knowledgeable, friendly, and just genuinely good people. It’s rare these days to find a company that stands behind their work and treats customers this well even years after installation, but Mission Viejo Heating and Air absolutely does. If you need a new AC unit, HVAC system, or service on your existing setup, I highly recommend these guys. Excellent service from start to finish.

Daniel was very thorough and explained everything clearly so I could understand. The issues with the a.c. were found quickly and resolved.
